This is a 2 minute, must stop, while driving this area!
Smallest PO in USA, and clearly working as such, as when I was there the mail truck arrived ti pick up and drop off!
The 'guy in the hut' was very nice, posed for a photo and sold me a $1 postmarked postcard as a souvenir!
Makes me smile 😃
Wanted to stop here because it's a special sight (USA's smallest post office).
Before I knew, the postal worker opened his door and started talking to me. Very friendly man! Send 2 postcards from here to Belgium and just like he said, both postcards arrived 10 days later. And it only costed me 2$/card, which is very cheap.
If you go, don't forget to put a sticker from your local (football) club on his door. I wanted to do this, but forgot the sticker. It's a nice extra touch to the post office I think.
This tiny post office was the best thing in the Everglades city area. The guy working there is friendly, got a post card with a picture of the office on it and he stamped it.
I got to send my daughter a post card from here for $1.00. The mailman that runs this post office was very informative and friendly. He is definitely the right man for this job.
Cutest post office! If your driving by, a great time to snap a picture!!
If you travel through the Everglades on US 41, this is a must see. A post office on 8 x 10 ft. And its nice, to drop off your Post cards there, to create a special memory!
After driving by this famous building forever ans a day. It was time to stop and watch the tourists.
Cute Shed. Bought cards made for sending. Special to send friends and Postal Carrier. Close to Naples and Big Cypress Preserve
